Membership Card Fees & Ordering

MyRec.com has options for departments who are interested in adding the use of membership cards and/or key tags.

Ordering Membership Cards

To order membership cards, please fill out and submit the MyRec.com Membership Card Order Form.

Order Process

  1. Submit Order:Fill out and submit the membership card order form.
    1. At the end of the form, a quote will be provided. This does not include shipping. You will receive a shipping quote after submitting the form.
    2. The form information and files will go directly to the Design Specialist, who will begin working on the artwork for the cards. You will receive an email with an estimated turnaround time after submitting the form.
  2. Proof and Edits: The Design Specialist will contact you directly with the first proof of the card design. If edits are needed, they will go back and forth until you are happy with the artwork.
  3. Printing: Once written approval has been provided for the artwork, the order will be submitted to our print vendor. Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days for printing.
  4. Shipping: The printer will pack and ship your order via UPS Ground. A tracking number will be provided, and the order should arrive in 3-5 days.
  5. Delivery: Your cards will arrive, ready to be distributed!

Membership Card Order FAQs

Q: Will I see my cards before they are printed?
A: Yes. We require written approval of the design before we will submit them to print.

Q: When can I expect my cards to arrive?
A: About 2 weeks after the artwork is approved and submitted to print. Please note that this does not include the time taken to create the design and make any edits (if needed), or time spent waiting for approval.

Q: What if I need my cards before 2 weeks, or ASAP?
A: Please contact design@myrec.com and we will see what we can do! Our print vendor sometimes accepts rush orders, and UPS has a variety of fast shipping options. We can't guarantee anything quicker than 2 weeks, but we will do our best! Please note that additional fees are associated with rush orders and expedited shipping.

Q: What if I don't like the design I receive?
A: No problem! Our Design Specialist will work with you to ensure you receive cards you're totally happy with. 

Q: Can I have cards printing with member names or photos?
A: NoAt this time, the MyRec.com system is not able to produce cards with member information. 

Q: Do I have to purchase cards through you?
A: No, but we are not able to fix compatibility issues with cards purchased through third-party vendors. Alternatively, you can use Digital Membership Cards, which are included with the software and cost nothing extra!
