CampDoc

Last Update: October 20th, 2025

If your organization is looking for a HIPAA-compliant health record storage system, you can export rosters from your MyRec.com system and import them into CampDoc. This allows you to centralize camper health forms and improve safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

About CampDoc

CampDoc is the leading Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for camps and youth programs. It offers secure online form collection, medication management, and HIPAA-compliant health record storage.

MyRec.com does not offer a direct integration with CampDoc. However, organizations can still easily export rosters from MyRec.com and import them into the CampDoc system.

Exporting Rosters from MyRec.com to CampDoc

Exporting rosters from the MyRec.com system and importing them into the CampDoc system is easy with MyRec.com’s Export Rosters. When exporting rosters from MyRec.com, use the “Select the fields you wish to export” section in the Export Rosters section to configure your data export. You can select the specific fields required by CampDoc and save your selections as a reusable template. Saving your selected fields as a template streamlines the process, making future roster exports and CampDoc imports quicker and more efficient.

If a participant is registered for multiple activities, the export will automatically separate them into individual rows per activity—no manual changes required!
