Deleting a Program

You will see an option to Delete this Program near the top of the screen when viewing a program. If you click this option and nothing happens, your program has activities within it and cannot be deleted.

In order to delete the program, the activities must be deleted first. However, If the activities already have registrations (even cancelled ones), then they cannot be deleted. Instead, you can remove the program from your Program list by changing future dates to past dates in the activity schedule. You can also delete any future dates from the schedule.

When you return to the program list, the program will no longer be visible. You can still access the program by changing the date filter atop the program list labeled 'Search Programs that occur within the following dates', and clicking Submit.

Deleting an Activity

• Activities can only be deleted if they do not have any registrations, either active or cancelled

If your activity does not have any registrations, you will see an option to Delete this Activity Info near the top right of the screen in the activity's Basic Info section. 

1.  You must check the box on the following screen 
2.  Click Delete to confirm deletion

If this option is not shown, your activity has registrations within it and cannot be deleted. Instead, you can remove it from your Activities list by changing future dates to past dates in the activity schedule. You can also delete any future dates from the schedule.

To Change Activity Dates to the Past:

1. Navigate to the program and click on the activity 
2. Click the Schedule tab and then click Edit Schedule
3. Select and edit future dates to change them to past dates, or delete all future dates within the schedule

The activity is now archived and can only be viewed if the dates are expanded in the range at the top labeled 'Search Programs that occur within the following dates'.
