Global Disclaimer

Access the Global Disclaimer

The Global Disclaimer is different from facility, membership, or activity disclaimers. You must have access to the Administration tab in order to edit or update the global disclaimer. Disclaimers are also often called “waivers” by recreation departments. Global disclaimers must be accepted for every purchase in the system. You can add additional disclaimers to facilities, memberships, or activities within the settings for those items on the Requirements area. This will allow a department to have multiple disclaimers unique to different purchases.

  1. Open the Administration tab
  2. Select the Disclaimer option
    • To edit this disclaimer, click Edit Disclaimer to open the text box for editing
    • Editing the disclaimer will not change past agreed-to disclaimers
  1. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the screen
