Overview
The Notification Opt Out Numbers report displays members who have opted out from receiving text blasts.
- Go to the Reports tab of the lefthand navigation and select Account Reports
- Under the Account Reports box, select Notification Opt Out Numbers
- Set the Start Date and End Date or enter a specific phone number
- Click Search
This report updates overnight, opt out information will not show the day-of.

- Error Codes 4475 and 4775 represent that the phone carrier opted them out
- Staff cannot restore text notifications; this would need to be addressed with the messaging app or phone carrier by the customer
- Message will typically list ‘STOP’, this indicates the user opted out from their phone
- Staff cannot restore text notifications; the customer must text ‘unstop’ or ‘start’
- Date removed represents when this action occurred
If both the Error code and Message column are blank, this indicates that the notification number was removed by either the customer or staff. It can be added back in by management or the customer from their account.
