To suspend an account within your MyRec.com system, you can temporarily change the account setting and restore the account later to full use. This is sometimes done to put a hold on an account for lack of payment or misuse of facilities.

- Open the household account
- Click the Edit Account link at the top of the household account screen
- Scroll down and select Yes for Suspend Account
- Go to the bottom of the page and click Submit


- You can return to this screen to select No to unsuspend the account, then click Submit
Full Deactivation
To disable a public user's ability to make payments on their delinquent account, you can go into the account settings for that user's household and make the user Inactive. You can return to the account or member page to reactivate the user at a later time. This will prevent all access from the public side to the user's household account, including payments, reigstrations, and purchases.
