How to Do a Hard Refresh in Any Browser

Go to Safari > Empty Cache, or hit Opt + Cmd + E.

Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.

Tap Remove All Website Data.

Tap Remove Now.

 

In Chrome, tap the three dots (More) and then Delete Browsing Data.

A popup window will appear where you can set a duration and select the browsing data you want to delete.

Next to Time Range, select a duration.

Tap Delete Browsing Data.

Open the Chrome app.

On the right of the address bar, tap More More and then Delete browsing data.

 

Open the app and tap the menu icon in the bottom right corner.

Tap Settings.

Tap Personal Browsing Data.

Tap Delete browsing data.

Select Cached Images and Files only.

Tap Delete Data.
