Zeamster Batch Reports

Last Update: September 11th, 2024

For departments who are using Fortis with the Zeamster gateway, you will use the Batch Report in the Financial Reports menu to see settled and unsettled transactions.

Transaction Terminology

Settled Batch: A group of transactions that have been fully processed and the funds have been transferred to your bank account. The batch is settled based on the auto-close time set in your gateway. We recommend setting this to midnight for consistency.

Unsettled Batch: A group of transactions that have been processed but not yet sent to the processor, meaning the funds have not been transferred to your bank account. The timing for settling these transactions is determined by the auto-close time in your gateway settings.
