Reprinting Documentation for Public Users

Invoices, tickets, gift certificates, membership cards, rental permits and more can all be printed by the public user from their Accounts Overview. They can click the transaction type below their account icons to find all of these documents without the need to contact your department for a copy.

However, if you would like to reprint any of these items yourself, you can follow the steps below.

Reprinting Tickets

  1. Open the user's Household Account
  2. Go to the Point of Sale tab 
  3. Navigate to the purchased tickets and click the View Barcode(s) link
    1. A pop-up window will appear with a PDF of all tickets that were purchased in that POS Transaction
  1. Clicking the Print link at the top of the pop-up window will print a physical copy of the tickets
  1. Clicking the Return to Receipt link will open up the transaction receipt with an option near the top to Email a copy of the receipt
  2. The emailed copy of the POS Ticket Receipt will include a link for the Public to View/Print Barcodes from the Public Side

Reprinting Gift Certificates

  1. Go to the Point of Sale tab located in the Household Account
  2. Navigate to the POS Gift Certificate and click the Print link
    1. Next to the Print link, you will also see the Unique Redemption Code for the Gift Certificate and whether the Gift Certificate is Used or Unused
  1. A pop-up window will appear with a printable version of the Gift Certificate
  2. Click the Print Page link at the bottom of the pop-up window to re-print the Gift Certificate

Reprinting Membership Cards

  1. On the Household Account overview page, scroll down to the bottom of the page with the listed household members
  2. On the top right of the Household Members list, click the Print Card link
  1. On the page that opens, select the Membership Card Design from the Select Card Template dropdown 
  2. Click the Print Membership Cards button

Reprinting Invoices

From Household Account

  1. Go to the Finance Tab of the household account
  2. You can adjust the Date Range to search for your desired invoice OR enter the Invoice Number in the Invoice # field
  3. Click Submit
  4. Once you have found the invoice, click the View Invoice Icon (white clipboard with red check mark)
  1. Once the View Invoice Icon is selected, a Pop-Up Window will appear with a copy of the invoice
    1. At the top of the Pop-Up Window, you will have the option to click the Print Link to print a physical copy of the invoice or the Email Link to send a digital copy of the invoice to the customer

From the View All Invoices Report

  1. View All invoices can be accessed from the Management Dashboard by clicking on the Invoices link found in the Quick Utilities Menu

 

  1. Another option is in the Finance menu of the left-hand navigation, click Open/Paid Invoices
  2. You can adjust the Date Range to search for your desired invoice OR enter the Invoice Number in the Invoice # Text Box.
  3. Click Submit
  4. Once you have found the invoice, click the View Invoice Icon (white clipboard with red check mark).
  1. Once the View Invoice Icon is selected, a Pop-Up Window will appear with a copy of the invoice.
  2. At the top of the Pop-Up Window, you will have the option to click the Print Link to print a physical copy of the invoice or the Email Link to send a digital copy of the invoice to the customer.
