Max Account Balance

By entering a Max Account Balance, the account will not be able to register online for any classes nor will they be allowed to complete a pre-registration form, a facility reservation, or product purchase if they have an unpaid balance equal to or greater than this amount. Another option to preventing an account from these actions, additionally preventing them from logging in, would be to Suspend an Account.

Adding a Max Account Balance

  1. Open the Household Account
  2. Click Edit Account from the account homepage
  1. Enter the monetary value for Max Account Balance
  2. Click Submit
  1. Click OK on the popup window verifying the max account balance setting
  2. Click Submit

 

Payment Plans and Subscription Balances

Max Account Balances do not take into account payment plan or subscription balances due, so your users can have APPs, RPPs, or subscriptions and still have access to registrations or reservations up to the amount you have determined in the setting.

 

Remove or Change Max Account Balance

You can remove the Max Account Balance by returning to the account homepage and deleting or changing the amount and clicking Submit.

  1. Open the Household Account
  2. Click Edit Account from the account homepage
  1. Enter the new monetary value for Max Account Balance or delete the value
    1. Entering 0 will set the Max Account Balance to $0, which is not the same as removing it
  2. Click Submit

Global Max Account Balance

You can set a max account balance globally from Account Settings. This will restrict anyone who has that amount of money owed on account from enrolling or reserving until the balance is paid
