Onboarding - Accounts, Account Info, Account Reports and the Administration tab Training

Thank you for scheduling your onboarding trainings! This first training includes a set of 4 videos that goes over: Accounts, Account Info, Account Reports and the Administration tab.

Please make sure to watch all 4 training videos before your first live training with your Onboarding Specialist!

These trainings are great for all staff members who will use the management side of your departments MyRec.com site. 
During the live trainings, you & your Onboarding Specialist will go over the features that you will use when your site launches. 

 

1. Accounts Training

During this training you will learn how to create, access and manage Accounts on the management side.

In addition you will learn:

  • How to create Account Questions
  • How to add Members & Payers
  • How to add Account Messages and Logs
  • Where to view Registrations, Memberships, Point of Sale purchases and Reservations
  • How to Cancel a Registration
  • How to Adjust an Invoice 
  • Where to view Account Financials
  • How to Merge Accounts and Members

After or During this Training

Create yourself an Account on either the management or the public side of your departments site. Feel free to use the Sandbox Demo Training Site with the login credentials that your Onboarding Specialist issued to you.

 
 
 

2. Account Info Training

During this training you will learn how to register members on the management side and view an Account Calendar.

In addition you will learn:

  • Where to search for an Account
  • The options for management side Global Disclaimer options during registration
  • How to add a manual Adjustment on the management side
  • How to change the Billing Contact for management side registrations

After or During this Training

Login to the Sandbox Demo Training Site that with the login credentials that your Onboarding Specialist issued to you. Walk through a Management Side Registration. 

 
 
 

3. Account Reports Training

During this training you will learn how to view various Account Reports & Account Requirements Reports.

In addition you will learn:

  • How to apply Member Discounts
 
 

4. Administration Tab Training

During this training you will learn how to navigate the Administration Tab & Add & Manage Users (staff).

In addition you will learn:

  • The different Access Levels for Users 
  • How to De-Activate a Members Email
  • Where to update the Global Disclaimer
  • How to send an Email Blast 
  • How to send a Text Blast
