From the management side, answers to membership or activity questions may be edited. Public users cannot edit question answers from their account. 

Management Answer Edits

1. Search for and select the account 
2. Go to the Membership tabs or the Registrations tab
3. Click on View Q&A

4. Click Edit Questions & Answers

5. Make appropriate changes, then click Update
