When you need to modify the dates in an Advanced Activity registration, you have the choice to add or delete dates from the existing registration schedule. You will complete this process within the household and can update the fees based on the modification.
Modifying a Schedule within a Registration

- Search for the user's account
- Open the Household
- View the Registration tab
- Find the registration that needs to be modified and click Edit Dates

- All dates included in the registration are shown in the table
There are three different tasks you can now complete from this screen.
Delete a Single Date
- Click Modify to delete a single date
- The date is selected from the prior screen
- Click Delete Selected Dates

- Based on the description of each function, choose to
- Complete - will remove the dates and leave the fee as is
- Complete and Add New Dates - will remove the dates and allow you to replace them by adding new dates
- Complete and Adjust Registration Fee - will remove the dates and allow you to adjust the registration fee to prorate or revise the amounts

- Click Delete These Dates

Delete Multiple Dates
- Click Modify Dates at the top of the table to cancel multiple dates
- Select the dates you wish to cancel by checking the boxes
- Click Delete Selected Dates

- Based on the description of each function, choose to
- Complete - will remove the dates and leave the fee as is
- Complete and Add New Dates - will remove the dates and allow you to replace them by adding new dates
- Complete and Adjust Registration Fee - will remove the dates and allow you to adjust the registration fee to prorate or revise the amounts

- Click Delete These Dates

Add Dates to the Registration
- Click the link Add New Dates to create additional dates within this registration
- If you choose a date for when the member is already registered, an error message will be displayed at the top of the screen

- If you no longer want to add this date, select the date by checking the box and click Remove Selected

- Otherwise, based on the functions described on the screen, choose to
- Complete
- Complete and Remove Existing Dates, or (will mark ALL existing dates as DELETED)
- Complete and Adjust Registration Fee

Review the member's registration dates once you complete the process to verify all changes.
Canceling Dates or Canceling Registrations?
If all the dates in a registration are cancelled but the registration is not canceled, the system will still show the member as enrolled in the activity, but the member will not show up in the registrations list. This is because there are no valid dates to display, but the registration itself has not been canceled. Instead, if you wish to cancel a member's registration, complete that process in the household registration tab and click Cancel Selected Registrations.
This might occur over time in a registration that has dates canceled and later has more dates canceled, leaving no actual dates within the registration. Again, cancel the registration to remove the member from the roster/registration tab.
