Guest registration allows the public to register as a guest without creating an account. However, please note that guest registrations do not support waitlists, deposits, or offline payments. Additionally, the system will not have the same level of record for cash payments or account credits, which is important to consider for refund scenarios. A popular use of this feature is for activities like the Daddy Daughter Dance, Mommy and Me Movie, or Grand and a Guest where the registrant may not be an account member.
To enable guest registration, you will need to contact a MyRec Client Support Team Member to have this setting turned on. It is also necessary to have a Guest Account activated in addition to enabling this feature.

- Guest registrations cannot have custom forms or required documents on registration

Guest Quantity

This is a different feature from Guest Account and can be enabled on the Registrant Settings tab of an activity. It operates like a “plus one” or more. This is ideal for Daddy/Daughter dances, Mommy and Me activities, Breakfast with Santa, and other events where one person registers and gets to bring a specific number of guests.
- Allows guests of the account to be registered
- Will be disabled if Add Required Membership, Add-ons, or Add Required Activity are in use
- Staff can set the minimum and maximum number of guests required (like a minimum quantity of 1 for the Daddy Daughter Dance but no more than 3 maximum)
- Can be combined with an Additional Member fee adjustment so the registrant and guests pay one price up to the max number of guests
- In this situation, there is often an additional registration activity that is priced for a single guest
